Whether it’s finishing up paperwork Friday night so a first-time home buyer can begin to move in over the weekend or it’s packing on another 20 miles on his mountain bike… calm and collected, Mark will always have enough energy to go the extra mile.
Mark has been living in Utah since 1993 when he moved from Illinois after attending the University of Wisconsin. He became a REALTOR® in 2008, not an ideal time for anyone in the housing industry, but Mark found the silver lining and knew there were many people who still held on to their dream of owning their own home. He put his background in marketing to work and he continues to do it very effectively. Selling a home in less than 20 days is always his goal. “There’s no reason a home should be on the market longer.
He positions his listings in front of the right buyers because he knows who is looking and he knows what they’re looking for. Mark is the ideal agent for the homeowner who is prepared to hand their REALTOR® the reigns. The most important step that many homeowners misstep is what Mark calls, “Pre–Work.” It’s a combination of pre-sale inspections, home preparation, pricing the home right and always maintaining a positive attitude.
The Wasatch Mountains guided marks move to Utah and so it’s no surprise why he loves to spend so much of his time in them. He works hard so he can play hard. Another mountain sport Mark enjoys is snow skiing. He’s a devout Alta Ski Resort patron and looks forward to the 2016-2017 season. His involvement in many outdoor activities is large factor to his success in real estate. They allow him to meet people daily which grows his sphere of connectivity and in turn he puts the right people with the right homes, fast.
Mark and Brooke, his wife of 11 years, have a 9 year old son and a 7 year old daughter. They currently live in Sandy, Utah.
